  • leg swings - front to back - 20 x per side

  • jumping jacks - 30 seconds

  • torso twists - 20

  • bodyweight squats

WORKOUT

PART 1

5 MINUTE AMRAP

  • single leg burpees- 6-8 per side

  • pushups - 15

  • mountain climbers - 40

  • shoulder taps from high plank position
